Directions

We are located just outside the center of Fryeburg Village
At the end of Fair View Drive which is off of Route 5 North.

From Fryeburg Village Center (the lights) on Main Street - Travel Route 302 South and directly after passing Fryeburg Academy take the left onto Route 5 towards Lovell. From that intersection travel approximately mile and turn right onto Fair View Drive (across from Fryeburg Fair Grounds Swan's Falls entrance) and drive to the very end of Fairview Drive to be at Fryeburg Health Care Center, 70 Fairview Drive.
